Wellbeing & Social Support for anyone affected by cancer
in the heart of Dundee
We offer a programme of support activities and services at our new home and look forward to welcoming you along.
Complementary therapies available include Reiki, massage, reflexology, Indian Head Massage, hypnotherapy and relaxation. We are able to provide this thanks to our team of dedicated volunteer therapists.
We also host special pamper events throughout the year watch this space!

We offer 'Living Well With Cancer', an 8 week mindfulness course designed to help you manage some of the challenges which arise from living with a cancer diagnosis.
You can also book a 1-2-1 mindful coaching session with our certified mindfulness teacher.
A LISTENING EAR
Sometimes it is tough to talk about the physical challenges, and emotional impact, of living with cancer with your partner, family or friends. The CANDU Listening service offers a safe space to chat with someone who understands what you are going through.
Our volunteer listeners all have their own cancer story and understand the benefits of chatting with someone who has 'been there'.
We also provide a listening service for men only on a Friday afternoon. Call 01382 525395 to make an appointment.
We run art classes with the amazing Michelle Duke. Explore your creative side and your cancer experience in the relaxing arts space.
The CANDU Crafty Crew also offer workshops in sewing, knitting, and just about whatever craft you can imagine (and a few you can't!).
You are free to take part in our programme or just come along, make use of our arts room and materials and do your own thing!
Check out our weekly programme for drop in times.
We take time throughout the year to make crafts for sale to help fundraise for the charity if you have a flair for the arts and would like to help us out please get in touch.
