Some of the CanDu team attended the CRUK Cancer Conference yesterday at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. Saddened to hear about the challenges for those living in areas of deprivation but wonderful to hear Chief Medical Officer Catherine Calderwood layout the potential for Realistic Medicine, a real opportunity to place person-centred care at the heart of cancer services in Scotland.
